- Perform target media/analyst/bloggers analysis
- Select references
- Develop media strategy
- Announce partnerships or beta customers to build credibility
- Follow up with additional activities such as contributing articles, editorials, or speaking opportunities
- Refresh launch with additional announcements for upgrades, product line expansion o r new partners, and customers
